Workaround :-

Root ? :- go to settings/developer options and enable

For dual sim data :- do reboot once you change sim for data (ex :- using data on sim1 and you want to switch to sim2 then reboot after doing so)

Installation :-

- Use TWRP 2.8.6.0 or above
- Wipe system, cache, dalvik cache, data
- Unmount data (Go into Mount settings in TWRP, then remove checkmark from system, data, cache)
- Flash Rom , A310 patch (only A310 users)
- Reboot
- go to recovery flash latest gapps and sound patch 
- Reboot
- done
